World Reserve Inc. products are shipped by first class mail and usually arrive within 12 business days. However there is an "express ship" option available in which case your order will arrive within one business week. If we make an error and ship the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct item. If the correct item is temporarily out of stock, we will fill the order when the item becomes in stock. If for any reason you receive a product that was damaged while being shipped to you, simply return it to us and it will immediately be replaced with a new one.
